I leaped into my first EV this year and made the mistake of not having a decent charger installed on the premises. I finally called PE for an estimate on installation of a charging unit I purchased on my own. PE was fast in their response and sent me the forms I needed for estimate and permit process. Having known exactly where I wanted my charger installed in my garage I was nervous a technician would show up and try telling me how my desired spot wouldn’t work out. Thankfully I had the e opposite happen and my technician Trevor agreed with me and even assured me he would install it the way he would have done it in his own home. Top notch service, great customer service, and an overall pleasant experience. Passed my inspection easily as well.
